Attorney Bill Hoge cannot offer anyone free legal advice!  The act of contacting his office through e-mail, by phone, by letter, in person or this website does NOT constitute the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

Mr. Hoge charges $250 for an initial consultation, at which time potential clients will usually have the opportunity to engage him as legal counsel.

That engagement will require the execution of a binding agreement between attorney and client as well as the payment of an initial engagement fee based on the number of hours of Mr. Hoge's time he feels will be necessary to resolve the client's Family Law issue.

Clients are responsible for reimbursing the Law Offices of William L. Hoge, III for all out-of-pocket expenses related to the case, including photocopies, long-distance telephone costs, filing fees, service fees, deposition fees, experts' fees, mediation expenses, etc.

Mr. Hoge's representation of any client does not begin until after an engagement agreement is fully executed and an engagement fee is paid.
